At the heart of Terrific Tuesdays is the chance to bring hope to families right here in our own community. For the eight Tuesdays leading up to Thanksgiving, you can be part of something bigger by helping ensure someone has food on their table.
Every can, every box, every bag of food collected stays local, meeting real needs in your neighborhood. In fact, last year much of the food was distributed within 24 hours, directly into the hands of families who needed it most.
Over the past two years, together we’ve collected more than 8 tons of food, however this fall, our goal is to reach 20,000 pounds in this year alone! With your help, we can make it happen. Join Life 88.5 for Terrific Tuesdays, and let’s make this season brighter for thousands across our communities.
Tuesday, November 25, join Life 88.5 for the FINAL Terrific Tuesday in Weston from 7:00 am-10:00 am to drop off non-perishable food to bless the Weston Rotary Club Food Pantry! Be one of the first 50 cars to donate food and receive a “I helped tackle hunger” dish/rally towel!
You don’t have to tackle hunger alone. Join Seniors Helping Seniors who’s providing the first 100 pounds of food that morning!
