The first Snow Cone with a Cop event of the season happens, Saturday, April 19 from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm at Highland Christian Church in Highland, KS where you can listen on 91.1 FM. Come meet officers of the Highland Police department, spin the Life 88.5 birthday wheel and create some memories together!
