Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity is hosting their very first pickleball tournament on August 23rd. The tournament will be held at the Apex Sports Hub in Independence, MO. Registration is open until August 21st. The cost per team is $80.00. Prizes will be given to first, second, and third place winners. All proceeds are dedicated to bridge the funding gap needed to complete the rehab of a home donated to Truman Habitat located in Raytown, MO. Upon completion of the home, Truman Habitat will be able to place a family that has applied for our assistance. This event is sponsored by Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Queen Bee Boutique, Legacy Grill, and McGrew Construction.
