Midland Ministries to Host First Annual Bible Quiz Season KickOff Picnic August 17
Midland Ministries invites all to attend their First Annual Bible Quiz Season KickOff Picnic to be held Saturday, August 17 at SuperC Camp near Polo, Mo.
Ministry Liaison Jack Hager says, “The event is open to everyone…existing Bible quizzers and their families, potential quizzers, pastors/youth pastors and other adults who want to learn what Bible quizzing is and how it operates. Quizzers aged 11 up are invited to participate in the season. Competition is held at the Lawson (Mo) Baptist Church.”
The event begins at 9am and concludes at 5pm. The camp’s lakefront, blob and pool will be open, as well as other activities.
Midland will provide a lunch at 12.30 with sloppy joes and hotdogs. Though not required, those attending are asked to bring a side dish or dessert.
There is no cost, but it is mandatory that all register at the website www.midlandministries.org.
