It’s another concert you can buy a ticket for but can NOT attend!
Life 88.5 is going back to prison, and YOU’RE sending us there. This time, you’ll help Life 88.5 bring LIFE and JESUS to the approximately 1,000 women serving time at:
TOPEKA CORRECTIONAL FACILITY through a concert with TASHA LAYTON
We’ll have a prayer tent. Plus, lunch provided by Life Grillers, a ministry of LifeMission Church.
Each woman will get to choose either a prison-focused Bible or devotional donated by Bible League International.
Women in maximum security will also get to participate by watching the concert on the televisions in their area. Members of Freedom On The Inside, a ministry of Connect Church in Lawrence, KS, will be present should anyone need prayer or want to accept Christ into her life. We are grateful for their support.
Here’s how YOU can bring JESUS to women at Topeka Correctional Facility:
1. Make a financial donation! The cost of this event will run just under $20,000. Your support will provide this concert and other community outreach opportunities like it.
2. Pray! For good weather as well as safety for staff, volunteers, prison personnel, residents, and for Tasha as she shares the Gospel message.
3. Send a gift to the Welcome Center! Over half of the women are part of a program that allows them time with their families in the Welcome Center.
